To use this system, you must have already established a SWFT account with the U.S. Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). If you have established an account for processing applicants through SWFT as required please follow the below instructions for applicant processing.

Instructions: Complete all required sections of this form. Review all information entered is correct. Select your appointment time and submit your payment information. The fee paid includes livescan fingerprinting and all required applicant criminal records background checks. Express registration is nonrefundable or transferable. Applicant must appear within 30 day's of registration to be fingerprinted with a valid government issued ID and completed SWFT background request application. Additionally, if you have not used this system prior, please complete the account setup request form and submit as instructed in addition to completing the below online express registration for each applicant required to be processed.

Alternatively, in lieu of the applicant appearing in person, FSO's may submit two (2) completed FBI FD258 fingerprinted cards via mail to the Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) on the applicants behalf. Include the completed registration receipt from the below Organization and Applicant Profile with each fingerprint cardset submitted for processing via mail.
