Examples include protecting the health or safety of customers, or addressing crimes committed on Maryland Livescan. Data from in-store security cameras may also be provided to law enforcement upon written request. Maryland Livescan may provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Maryland Livescan does not manage, maintain or store any cardholder information. Cardholder data is used soley for the purpose of processing online transactions. Online financial transactions are processed securely through its merchant gateway provider Authorize.net.
